Roadex Water Based Runway Marking Paint

Product Description

Roadex Traffic and Air Field Marking Paint has specially been formulated for concrete and asphalt pavement and has proven to be an excellent paint on such paved surfaces. The Acrylic Binder gives very good adhesion to both old and new concrete/asphalt. It is water thin-able and once dried the film shows excellent resistance to water, abrasion and weather. This product conforms to Fed Specifications TTP-1952d for Runway and Airfield Marking.

Application Method

1. Fresh concrete should be allowed to dry for at least weeks before application of this paint. Surface should be dry, clean and free from contaminants.

2. While applying the paint, ambient temperature must not be blow 10°C and above 40°C.

3. In case of Airless spray system, apply 200-230µ DFT minimum. In case of roller or brush, apply at least 2-3 coats with an interval of 20 minutes in each coat.

Storage & Packaging

4 and 16 liter containers. Store in dry and shaded place and avoid direct sunlight. Shelf life is one year when stored properly in original sealed container at 15 to 35°C.
